Upgrading the network adaptor
Recently upgraded broadband speed to 150MB. Inspiron 1525 - Network adaptor allows max 100 MB. Can I upgrade the network adaptor? Is it easy to do yourself or does it require the help of a service technician?

Another option is to try a Gigabit Ethernet Adaptor. Google for more info but I suggest not to bother unless your computer has a USB 3.0 port.

LONTJC,
You cannot replace the network adapter. It is integrated onto the motherboard and is soldered on it.
