I am having totaly random disconnects and the adapter seems pretty week as I do not get wifi signal in spots where I would got signal with my old laptop.
In order to get some wifi signal, I have to turn off the bluetooth on the laptop. I tried updating the drivers but the problem is still there. Do you have any idea what could be the problem?

Hi YanishD,
Vostro 5460 is shipped with Intel Centrino N 2230 and tested. I am afraid other wireless card is not tested with this computer.
May I know the issue with the wireless card so that I can help you.
Awaiting your response!

Hello,
I have already tried these trobleshooting steps but I still have disconnecting issues...Strangely in Safe mode with networking, I do not have any disconnection issue.
Any advice?

Hi YanishD,
You may try to do a clean boot:

Also, try creating a new user account and check if the issue persists:
