Wifi & bluetooth shortcut not functioning in dell inspiron 3542

When i try going through the settings  m able to switch the bluetooth & wifi ON, but when i try by shortcut key on my keypad it dont respond what is the other method or correct method to activate the Wifi & bluetooth with keyboard short keys.
