Windows XP Dell Utility migration to Windows 7 Wireless

We are migrating Windows XP systems to Windows 7 going from the Dell Utility to using built-in Windows wireless.  People have wireless profiles that they would like moved over, or at least the passcode for some of the items they connected to many of them have forgotten their home wireless WEP/WPA passwords.

Anyone find a utility to transfer the Wireless Preferred Network (WPN) to Windows 7 XML wireless profiles?  Or has an answer for this, I would appreciate it?
