Wireless On/Off not working - Dell Inspiron

Hello

I have a new Dell Inspiron 5758 which I downgraded to Windows 7 Enterprise. I am unable to correctly install a wireless driver. When running through the driver install I have a screen showing 'Activate Bluetooth using switch' - there is no physical switch but using the Fn + PrtScr key should perform this funtion. It does not. No icons appear in the system tray and the Windows Mobility Center doesn't show a section for wireless signal. The rest of the function keys are working as expected. To confirm there is a 'Network Controller' in Device Manager without a driver and the laptop was sold including a wireless adapter (obviously :emotion-1:)

I have downloaded all drivers from the Dell website using Dell System Detect but is there something else I should install first?

Thanks in advance.
