Wireless has gone out on one device

I have an older Inspiron 1750. My wireless has suddenly stopped working; I can't even connect to the router. My wireless works just fine on other devices, so I know it's not the router. One, does this happen; two, what can I check and can I do anything about it. I have run troubleshooting several times, and it has told me to reset the router (which I did) each time.

ErnieLane1,

You may need to replace the wireless card in the system. You can order the part from Dell Spare Parts department at 1-877-717-3355. You can click the link below to download the online manual for information on removing/replacing parts within your computer.
