bluetooth tray exe in studio 1555 fail to load during startup

hi all..

i'm facing a problem in my studio 1555 (2 weeks old) where the bttray.exe error problem comes up everytime i switched on my laptop.

it can't connect to my handphone bluetooth.

at first, i tried to solve it by inserting the program cd that came with a new laptop. but the bluetooth driver version is older than the one currently installed in my laptop.

i downloaded the driver from dell website (dell wireless 370 bluetooth minicard) a few days ago and  i thought that when i install the program again, the problem will be solved.

however, upon installing the driver, i realized that the one i downloaded from dell website bluetooth version is outdated. My laptop bluetooth file version is 6.2.0.6600 while the one i downloaded is 6.1.0.4402.

i sent an email requesting help on this issue to dell but they haven't reply me yet.

i thought to share my problem here in case anyone can come up with a solution.
