driver gigabit ethernet for dell XPS 13 9343

Hi,

I have recently formatted my laptop dell xps 13 9343. I installed windows 7 64 bit.

I bought a 4 in 1 dell adapter (HDMI/Ethernet/USB/VGA). However, the adapter does not work. Apparently several drivers are missing. Where could I find these drivers? They are not in the drivers page for my laptop.

Any help would be very much appreciated
