For the standard ethernet card built into the machine?
Go to "Support" at the top of the page. Click "Drivers and Downloads." Enter your "service tag" from your computer, or it may already know it.
Go to "Downloads" for the correct operating system (XP, etc.) Find the right category - network, etc. Click the "\/" sign to expand the list of drivers.
Find the driver for the card you want. If there is only 1 or 2, just click "download". Tell it to "use the browser" for a quick download.
