Am using outlook express with XP and have starteed getting emails that when I try to open get the message "This file does not have a program associated with it fpr performing this action. Create an association in the folder Options control panel.

First off I have started getting theswe messages from perople that I never had a problem opening. I still can get some of their messages but not all. I have looked for this contropl panel but cannot find. Any help appreciated.
