half dulpex issue

Hello

I have a new Dell vostro 460 pc that only works in half duplex mode.

(I can see this in the Broadcom Advanced Control Suite 3 window)

At the other end of the cable there is a cisco switch (SLM224P 100 MBit/sec)

If I plug another computer in the same switch port (same cables, same everything...) it works as expected in full duplex mode.

I use Windows 7 64bit, the network drivers are the last (and the only) found in the Dell site:
