help with vista laptop connecting to wireless

Ok Here is my situation...   I have a dell desktop with windows 7 and a cisco linkseys router (wrt110).  I also have a dell laptop with windows Vista.  I had it set up to have the laptop connect wirelessly.  My gf bought a new laptop with windows 7 and went to connect but I had forgotten the security key and password to the router settings so I had to reset everything back to default settings on the router.  I reset everything back up and made the router a secured log on.  I was able to connect using the new laptop.  The laptop with vista is where I am having issues.  When it is trying to connect it is supposed to ask for the security key.  It isnt doing that but instead it is asking for   User name, password, domain name.   How do I get it to ask for the security key instead of this stuff?   Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks!

Josh,

On the Vista machine, try this...

Start, control panel, networking and sharing center, click on your wireless network connection. Wireless properties, security, show characters.

This should give you the password for your wireless router.
