inspiron duo wifi adaptor

Hello,

I had the unfortunate experience of re-installing windows 7. After the re-installation i dowloaded all the driver from dell but i cannot get my wifi to work. I also used DriverEasy and it states that my wifi adaptor is unplugged. Any help?
