laptop not connecting to network
I have a Dell Inspirion Model Number 11545-012B which was working fine until yesterday. Now I cannot connect to the internet. It says Internet Explorer cannot display that page. I have no idea what could have happened, but can anyone out there help me out with this one? I'd appreciate it!!!
I do charge it up onm a regular basis so I know it has power.

Wired or wireless? Direct to a LAN, or cable modem, or ADSL modem, or to a router? Is the system pulling an IP address (start-run-cmd, enter, then ipconfig/all)?

It is a wireless, connected to cable and I unhooked the router because my regular computer was not connecting either. Now my regular computer works just fine but I'm unsure how to get my wireless back to normal. I don't mean to sound stupid but what and where is the USB Cord? If I need to take it in to Best Buy they told me to bring it with me. I'm not savvy regarding computers at all!! Thanks for any help you can give me. Sharplady
