modem on hold.....UGH
ok, here is the deal, i have a dimension 2400, i have a v.92 modem with the latest software installed...i click on modem on hold and it say modem is not supported, my isp does allow modem on hold and i also have call waiting ........any suggestions

What modem is it? What software is it? If you have a 2400, it is very possible you have a BCM modem... The earlier BCM's required separate MOH software, but a driver update (one was actually placed on Microsoft's Update site) integrated the driver and MOH features.
IF it's a BCM Modem, try this... go to Control Panel, modem properties, and look for a Modem on Hold tab. If it's there, check the Enable Modem on Hold box... See if that works....

it is a bcm modem, the driver i downloaded today was v.92/data/fax/voice version 3.5.25
i got the driver from this link

I got MOH to work with 2 BCM's before I switched to cable internet. Try what I said in the previous post - should work.
Make sure to remove or disable other MOH software so there is no conflict.
