problem for WLAN
hello there,
i have problem of dell wireless my notebook is VOSTRO 1000 i installed all wireless drivers and still have the problem
wireless icon is disappear and see error message that tells like this
"THE WIRELESS NETWORK ADAPTER COULD NOT BE ACCESSED . THIS APPLICATION MAY HAVE DIMINSHED FUCTIONALITY AS A RESULT

Hi mustafman,
I would like to know the operating system installed in the computer. Also, did you uninstall the Wireless card drivers from Device Manager and then reinstall them?
If possible please share a screenshot of the Device Manager window.

the operating system is ms windows 7 professional
i installed from CD not at DEVICE MANAGER

Hi mustafman,
Just to confirm – is the wireless card not listed in the Device Manager window? Are there any unknown devices listed with yellow exclamation mark?
Restart the computer and tap F2 key at the Dell logo to enter the BIOS. In the “Advanced” tab, please check and let me know if the “Wireless Control” is enabled.
