problem when starts hotspot

when starting hotspot using cmd 

1 netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=sommething key=12345

this command complete successfully

again 

2 netsh wlan start hostednetwork

this command not complete. Its shows

C:\Windows\system32>netsh wlan start hostednetwork
The hosted network couldn't be started.
The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation.

please help me..
