"Advanced Networking Systems"?
I have an XPS M1530 (laptop) with a Vista OS.
Since day one, I get an error that says "Advanced Networking Services has stopped working", and then I am prompted to have Windows search for a solution to the problem.
Of course, there's never an (obvious) solution.
I've Googled this problem and get few hits and no solutions.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks.

I have same issue. I do not know what to do. I have put it on manual and it goes back i can not use the dell remote thingy.
