To find out which driver you really need to install click start,right

click on my computer click properties you will get the system

properties open click hardware and then device manger (on winxp

systems)

On Win Me systems right click on mycomputer click properties and

device manager

A shortcut to get to the system properties is pressing in the (Windows

key+Pause/break ) on the keyboard

The Order to install drivers is in this order . (only install those

drives which have a yellow question mark.

1.chipset(Shows up in the device manger as SMBUS),

2. video,

3. audio,(Shows up in the device manger as Multi media audio device),

4. network/(Shows up in the device manger as Ethernet controller),

5. modem (Shows up in the device manger as PCI communication)

The fastest way to install modem driver is install modem drivers is

install modem helper from the drivers and utilities cd .Insert the cd

click English>utilities>install modem helper reboot and then double

click on the icon on the desktop called modem helper follow the

screen prompts after clicking on continue with modem helper.
