AC/DC adapter PA-12 blows the ground fault circuit interrupter

Hi All,

there was seen an electrical spark between phase and ground which resulted in changing this outlet as the outlet was inside slightly burnt. This happened when the male connector of the AC adapter was inserted into the plug. The 65W AC adapter caused a short from phase to ground wire on the 230V input side.

The consequence was that the ground fault circuit interrupter of this power net was blown.

Did someone have had events or alerts in this direction related to the ac/dc adapter means using this kind of laptop AC adapters.
