Can't update software
I can surf the web with no problems, except it wont let me download antivirus software on some websites. I also have trend micro installed and cannot get it to update. it always tells me there is a connection problem, this goes for my defender update also. What is the problem? i've enabled the ssl and stuff on security tab in internet options already.

That sounds similar to what the "Conficker" virus will do. Repost in the Malware section HERE
Include your PC Model Number and Operating System (this needs to be on ANY initial problem post).
