Customer Service

I bought a Docking Station that turned out to be wrong for a Laptop. The Order confirmation and shipping emails were deleted from my computer and extensive work shows I cannot get them back. An hour on the phone with them hanging up on me: They cannot find the purchase without the order #; Alternatively 5 Customer #s with my name or email don't show the purchase; I found the date, "Dell Sales and Service", "Reference #, and the amount on my Credit Card statement; Six different reps and a supervisor (he hung up on me) could not find the Order or, the Payment. Does anyone know anyone at Dell I can escalate to?
