DataSafe Online doesn't save

I have several hundred documents and more than that many pictures, all in relatively small files. When DataSafe ran, it saved exactly 7 (that's SEVEN) files! Of course, it never bothered to ask where the docs and pics were located on my hard drive. Mostly they are in folders labeled C:\doc and C:\graph, each of which has two dozen or more subfolders, many of which have further subfolders. How do I tell DataSafe that so it will save my material?
