Dell Latitude Laptops Warranty

Hello there,

In our company's decision to go for Dell products for our office requirement, we had purchased quite a number of desktops and laptops.

Our supplier supports us with one year NBD warranty in which most of our previous purchases, the warranty already ends. I would like to inquire if we can possibly extend warranty of some of our Dell Laptops, Inspiron and Latitudes.

For our latest requirement of E5420 Latitude, our supplier informed us that Dell itself cannot give a 3 years warranty for the laptops. Is this information correct?

My appreciation for any clarification with regards to this matter. Btw, our location is in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
