Dell SK-8135 Keyboard problems

I'm using my keyboard on a Dell laptop through a docking station and it worked great for a long time but now when I touch certain keys it brings up windows or other items that I don't want instead of typing in the letter(s) I need in e-mails, etc.

Is there a way to re-set my keyboard so that it just works like it used to?   I probably did it to myself, but could use help to fix it!
