Dell updates screw up
I have a Dell Inspiron. The other day I had a message pop up saying that I had Dell updates ready for downloading. As normal I clicked on it. The files down loaded then said that everything was fine. Next thing I know I have a Dell screen saying there is a OS error and it goes into a loop of loading showing me the same message. I now can not backup my files or even sign in.

I`m sorry you are having a problem. Can you tell me, if this is a desktop or laptop and the model number.
