Disappointment in Windows 7 and New Inspiron 5010
Replaced thus far:
Hard drive
Mother board
Touch pad
Wireless card
Now the blue tooth program is not working!!!!

Hi Dgraffam,
Was each of these issues diagnosed separately, or is Dell just swapping parts until they fix a chronic problem? Becuase at some point, you might suggest they replace the entire system.
