Drivers and Downloads

      Just a simple question;    I went to Dell's Drivers and Downloads a nd downloaded what I thought was an application driver update.  Turns out it was Pc tuneup and after i got it downloaded,  it asked for alicense key.  I thought these were free at this site.   Do I have to purchase this to install it?  If anybody knows, I would apreciate it very much   Thankyou!!!!!
