How do I subscribe to or follow a thread so I'll be alerted via email if there's a reply?

If you want to subscribe, tap the 3 dots to the right of a name for the menu options, including "subscribe." When I tap my avatar at the top of a community page, "My Subscriptions" are in the menu options.

The "Email me..." option appears when posting or replying as long as you're signed in. When checked, you're then subscribed to the thread for automatic emails.
