International warranty transfer

Hi, My brother in-law purchased a laptop for me in USA and want to transfer it to UK. The laptop purchased with 4 year premium service/warranty. Would this get transferred when transfer form is filled?  There is waring on website like, "Service contracts that are non-transferrable" Please help, this is a bit urgent. Thanks in advance.
