Need original softward download
My Inspirion 8400 I ordered as a refurbished PC from Dell in 2007 arrived as a "new to me PC." A month ago it had a fatal error blue screen error and I had to reload all the software. I have not been able to download the MS Office 2003 that came with the original unit to me in 2007 becasue i never got the discks. I had the MS Windows XP disc from Dell and loaded it, but I didn't have the Office XP. How can i get it from Dell?

OEM Pre Loaded Office doesnt come with downloads or Media.
Pre-loaded copies of Office may not be transferred -
If you purchased your PC from a manufacturer that pre-loaded Office onto your machine (generally referred to as an "OEM" copy), you cannot transfer the license to another PC.
Without a volume license, you cannot install Office on a server device for multiple users -
Retail and pre-loaded (OEM) licenses cannot be used for network-based scenarios. All devices accessing software installed on a server must be licensed separately.
What you will be forced to do is purchase either a boxed retail edition of Office or an OEM copy with media and a Key.
