No Communication from Dell UK

Hi,

I ordered an Studio XPS 16 on Monday and received the order acknowledgement when I placed the order. However I have heard nothing since. No payment has been taken and no order confirmation sent.

I tried emailing yesterday to ask for an update and have heard nothing back from that either. Is there a way to find out what's going on? My understanding was if there was a delay in the order that would come after the order confirmation. It just seems as if I'm being ignored.
