https://sso.emc.com/ and ends in the same page as loop.

Same problem since a few months back.
There also is absolutely no way to reach any kind of support since ALL LINKS ALWAYS GOES TO THE SAME NON-WORKING PAGE. A website built by Kafka.

For users who are still having sign on issue =
- Clear the browser cache and cookies
- Once done, close all browser windows
- Open a new browser window and go to this site and try to sign on

Have you observed this issue with chrome with on incognito mode?
Could you please private message me a screenshot of the error message? I will have this escalated.

Hi.
I already try to enter several Internet browsers, on my cell phone, on the table, in different operating systems, and try http and https, deleting cookies, browsing history, cache, I have already raised a case in a partner program.
I have not been able to enter yet, all the options redirect to the page that shows "Configuring you account ..."
I think it's a server problem.
Regards!

@jonmason, our team confirmed that this issue is auto-correcting & will login to the page after a few attempts. We have tested with multiple accounts & were able to log in without any issues.

Please try the link in incognito or in-private browsing & check if the issue persists.

Please fix this issue once and for all! ASAP!
How am I supposed to download Updates for DataDomain or Networker without the ability to log in to the EMC Website?
