Question about Billing Address and Shipping Address.

Recently, I want to order a XPS 630 in DELL online store, but my master card does not have so much limit, so I called my father for help. Now I got my father's VISA card number and his Billing Address, however I found that I cannot enter any different Billing Address which is outside of Canada. What can I do ?Can I enter my shipping address as my billing address?

PS: My father is in Baku, and I am in Canada.
