(Redirected) Dell inspiron 15 7000

Hello everybody, I am Arsene. I am new on this group and it is my first post, so be kind to me!!:emotion-2:

I have a computer , Dell inspiron 15 7000 series, I have two question about some issues on my computer.

1) I constantly receive this message my computer :" The display driver stopped working and has recover now" What does it mean? and how can I solve this issue, because my computer freeze 2 seconds before this message appear.

2) I also receive this message: "your antivirus (webroot) and Microsoft defender are both turned off" even though I have never turned off my webroot antivirus. Is it normal? If you know how to prevent this message to pop up, please help me!!
