(Redirected) Printing Color/non-black on 5200N

Win7, 5200N B&W printer, IE11, Gmail and AOL, Driver Vista (I think).

I have tried 10 or more different suggested solutions to getting by 5200N to convert ALL color/non-black (re.g. cyan, grey) to pure black and white for legible printing (diagrams too). None of them work or involve parameters I don't even have. Tis includes ticking the 'black an white only' box on the print menu.

 Often I am forced to print on an All in One color printer but that is expensive, slow and useless for large documents. I am loathe to get rid of the 5200N as it is a willing problem-free workhorse and most of my work can get by with B&W output as long as it is readable.

Can anyone help? (No change fonts, colour parameters please for internet prints (can't be done)  or cut/paste/Word/print solutions a they usually screw up formatting and/or lose pictures. Thanks in advance.
