SPAM bots
Perhaps Dell might consider limiting the number of new discussion topics a newly created account (or possibly any account) may post during a 24-hour period to avoid spam? For example, it's hard to imagine a legitimate reason why any user account would need to post 162 new topics in 3 hours (in the 7 minutes it took me to write this it has gone up to 172).
