Windows Vista won't start and disk will not eject
Hello All
I have a Studio 1535 laptop and there is a disk stuck in the CD dirve. The disk has a itunes backup on it (don't know if that is relevant), when I try to start the computer a black screen comes up and windows repair launches, it then goes to a grey screen and I hear the CD drive start then goes no further. Can I manually get the bakcup disc out if this is causing the problem or is there something else I can to to get Windows Vista to load.
Regards
Judith

You can try this to get the cd out. Most cd drives have a small hole somewhere on the front face plate. Turn on the laptop and stick a paperclip in the small hole and press, the cd tray should open. Then turn off the laptop and turn it back on to see if it boots up.
