Umm, I just called and the Dell guy practically hung up on me, said it wasn't available and anyone saying they ordered it only "reserved" it and he offered no way for me to do that.
Guys just ordered mine and it will be delivered this Friday. :) Here is the number to call to order 1-800-288-1320. I went with the 256MB for $1299. Enjoy guys.
Yeah got stuck with the hotspot too. Not going to lie I was hoping the $200 value stuff they mention would have been better, but oh well. I will use the 90 days since it is no contract.

I just got an email from the reservation system that allowed me to order online.
Order placed and shows to be shipped out tomorrow. I paid for the overnight shipping as I need it quickly.

It's only published on the Dell Home segment, but a little judicious URL manipulation will get you a discount through EPP:

Yeah, it's worthless to me, too - my hotspot will stay in the package, I don't have any need for it.
