can someone help me with dell support im really mad

i have had like 5 laptops replaced by dell and now they say my account is flagged they say i did not return all my laptops does anyone know who i need to talk to since every time i call the dell number i get no where with them at all and my laptop has been broke about a year now and its really making me a little mad i even got a number from one of the workers and it was the wrong one so i gave up for like a week and said whatever ill hook up my desktop and than i try to get some help not to long ago and my phone went dead on me and no one called me back and they keep telling me that someone will call me back and no one does and im just really mad so if someone can give me some help i would be very happy
