I am getting error run chkdisk utility and I cant find any thing to run please help Im lost ??

When I load a game is when it comes up in the lower right corner at the dell support it says run chkdisk utility

Hello,
Are you getting an error message telling you to run chkdisk, or an error message when you run chkdisk?
Tell us the exact error message, and where it comes up?

comes up as a corrupt file or missing file tells me to run the disk
