have to hit f1 everytime

I have a Dell insipiron 530 2gb, 500gb vista home premium everytime i turn the computer on it goes to a page that says hit f1 to continue or f2 for setup, I hit f1 and it loads up my Vista.  How can I correct thos

Exactly what does it tell you?  If there were a Fan failure, for example, you would get the F1.  Or if you installed a non-Dell CPU cooling fan you will get the F1 Fan Faiure message.  If it's just somethng in the BIOS that got changed, press F2 and you can enter the BIOS (setup) and there should be an option to restore the BIOS to the "default" or "factory" setup and select that.
