When I purchased my dell, I should have lojack installed. I'm having a problem downloading it, or how do I know it's installed

I purchased my Inspiron 1705 in 2007 and Lojack was listed both on the order and the packing slip. I also received a cd that has the registration code posted on it. I do not know what Dell is doing today. Check your paperwork and if you can't find any info contact Dell.
