(redirected) Order got cancel - Don't know the reason
I am having a lot of trouble to place order with Dell. First, Tried to use my credit card, and they keep complaining that the authorization didn't go thru...and call my bank, and they claim that they have approved. Have spent over couple hours on the phone in between Dell and the bank. It was a nightmare. So, I saw someone claimed that they used dell gift cards and have a better luck to place an order...I don't really like it since I will lose the cashback, but still no luck...Order was placed on Friday, canceled on Monday when I check the status.
I don't know what may went wrong.
