site problem

I wish to report a problems with your website, I have a dell Latitude d630 [Amin Note: Service Tag Edited per TOU policy]

First of all the the detect tool does not work

Second the detect drivers does not work

Third When I enter the service tag in and  look under bios it says it has 3 files

But when I click on it nothing shows

ps: How do you post on your forums I can not see where to enter a new topic.
