BIOS QUESTION

I have a new XPS 8900 with BIOS 2.1.3 version dated  1/20/2016.  I looked at the FIND MANUALLY section and found this:

is this 2.1.3, 2.1.3 shown an update for the 2.1.3 version I have?   Thanks for your advice.
