(Redirected) Dell latitude e6410

I was using my dell latitude and as I unplugged the charger, the laptop went off immediately, I tried booting it again, it couldn't come on, I plugged again and it was blinking Amber light on the battery icon, as I turned it on, it says plugged in not charging but if I remove the charger, it will go off. I noticed at the back of the battery,there was this light on even as I removed the battery, the light never go off. My system won't turn on either. What's wrong
