Nothing but problems, since hd replacement

i have been hung up on 8 times, and that's the smallest number i have complaints about.  Since my hd was replaced, it doesn't have the programs i bought it with and it's slow, but the diagnostics are "normal".  It's been a week an dno resolution in sight

Hi Ryan,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and be assured we shall be able to get all the information you need.

Could you please let me know if the hard drive was replaced by Dell under warranty or was it purchased from a retailer? Is that a compatible hard drive? If yes, may I know if the operating system was pre-installed or have you installed it using the discs?

If you have installed windows operating system using the disc, it is important to have all  the drivers installed in the correct order. Check this link which has the correct order listed: http://dell.to/KKYTyt

All the pre-installed programs like PowerDVD, Roxio, Dell Stage etc need to be installed from the My Dell Downloads application, if registered. In case you need to register and install My Dell Downloads, please check this link which has all the required information: http://dell.to/QnmaFP

McAfee will have to be installed from the McAfee website using the registered user name and password and MS Office2010 can be installed and activated using the MPI card (Microsoft product identifier) that you have received.

Please reply if you have any further questions.
