(Redirected) thundebolt 3 or USB 3.0 to VGA/DVI/HDMI adapter

A week ago I got a new XPS13 (9350) which only has  a  thunderbolt 3 and two USB 3.0 ports. What kind of adapter  will worK to hook this machine to a projector, VGA or DVI or HDMI?

I already spent 40 min with and Dell's agent HYDSharma6-262211 who only *** me around, and gave me zero solutions, then said he will transfer me to a customer service, left the chat and that was it.  

Dell sales personnel are extremely pushy to get you to spend money, can the customer service be equally eager to help with a simple question?
