Upgrading a Laptop's Wireless Card
Hi Folks,
I have a dell inspiron 1720 with a dell wireless 1395 wlan mini-card. I want to know if I can upgrade to a better card, and if I can, how do I go about it.
P.S. I use a westell versalink 327w gateway.

HERE are the instructions on how to remove and replace your wireless card.
You can use any wireless mini-cards with two antenna jacks.
All that would be necessary would be installing the proper drivers for the new card
